Hey, I’m Nikki! I’m a clinical hypnotherapist with years of experience helping teenagers and adults overcome anxiety and trauma. With my unique approach, I empower clients to live more fulfilling, anxiety-free lives and regain control over their thoughts and emotions.
Although anxiety and trauma are my primary areas of expertise, she also treat many other conditions. Whether it’s phobias, stress management, self-esteem issues, or even smoking cessation, I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client.
With extensive training and education in specific trauma therapy techniques, I’m able to help clients heal from their past traumas. Together, we’ll go through a journey of healing and personal development.

The brain has different levels of consciousness, or awareness, ranging from fully alert to drowsy, to fully asleep, with variations in between. Hypnotic states occur naturally and spontaneously.
